Beautification Project

 The Beautification Project is not a single event or project but rather a strategy to maintain and enhance the beauty of our community over the long term. By increasing community awareness and involvement in ongoing projects, our goal is to enhance our quality of life and improve property values for all residents. 

PHASE I

ENTRANCE

The first project we are undertaking will be the complete makeover of our entrance. We have consulted with professional landscapers to provide design ideas for that area. It is essential that it not only be beautiful, but it must be low maintenance and sustainable, 

Out entrance monument will also get a facelift with new, updated signage. 

Landscape lighting will provide security near our mailboxes while illuminating our neighborhood entrance. 

The Fence

Broken boards will be replaced. The entire front fence will be pressure-washed, and a new coat of stain will be applied.
