Hello Neighbors, 

We are very fortunate to live in a community nestled in one of the fastest-growing areas in South Lafayette. We enjoy easy access to Kaliste Saloom, Ambassador Caffery, Verot School Road, and Camellia Boulevard, where we can have it all - in the middle of it all! 

Homeownership is a dream worth protecting.  It is through individual homeowner commitment and involvement that Coconut Grove will continue to be a great place to live.  Pride in our community and its upkeep will ensure we protect and enhance its value. Our Beautification Project has been a major undertaking! Although a long-term endeavor, we have updated our entrance sign and the surrounding landscaping. 

This is your community, and we invite you to be a part of our revitalization! Do you have ideas on how we can better our neighborhood? Do you have a knack for organizing social gatherings, or are you a social media wiz? We all live very busy lives, but it's important to remember - this community is run by volunteers. It will always only be as good as its contributing members.
